To try and shake things up at their head office, coconut water brand Zico decided that a good way to inject a bit of creativity to their company would be to appoint a 6 year old as their CEO for two days. Estella took over from Zico President Tom Larsen and instantly began calling the shots around the office with some pretty inventive changes, from ball-pit rooms to an actual pony she can ride around (there’s some inevitable clean-up involved but she has that covered as well). The experiment had positive effects on the staff, with many of them becoming less cynical about the idea once they were, for example, forcibly told to go for a nap in the middle of the work day.
