It’s no big news that technology is more powerful, and more central to our lives, than ever before. But you might not have imagined that you could remotely direct and shoot a cover for British Vogue using just your phone!

Greg Williams explains how he captured this beautiful shot of Zendaya from across the Atlantic, using an app called Clos. After scoping out the space on the phone, he was able to direct Zendaya over speakerphone while her assistant held the camera. What’s more, he could actually remotely control the phone camera from the UK, making sure he got the perfect shot.

It’s a new age of remote photo shoots, and this is a great example of how easy it can be when you know the right tech.
