Canadian animation studio Wonderlust have some serious fun with traffic jams in this short ident simply titled Racing. The action packed short is filled with a host of cars blisteringly trying to get to first place, avoiding obstacles and dinosaurs on the way while tearing up the desert. The short is beautifully animated with vibrant colours and features some great transitions that make full use of the animation style (the speedometer transition is a personal highlight), and though the whole “it was all a dream” ending makes sense in the context of the short, it would have certainly brightened up our commute to see people getting chewed up by a velociraptor on their way to work.
