There’s something about outdoors brands that makes their video content really engaging at the moment. Maybe The North Face is competing with Patagonia and their industry-leading documentaries? Maybe the outdoors industry just attracts incredible filmmaking talent.

This is a really great video featuring Fernanda Maciel, an incredible woman who runs and climbs across the Picos de Europa mountains in an unbelievable finish time of 14 hours and 47 minutes.

The film follows her and her climbing partner along the way, and it’s a mixture of self-shot GoPro footage and beautifully shot professional footage.

It’s a story of endurance, passion, and overcoming obstacles, with plenty of stunning landscapes in there too.
