If sound actually were visible, we’d be happy if it looked even half as pretty as it does in this video. VISIBLE SOUND is a short 3D film from motion designer Maria Borisenkova, providing both some eye candy and some ear candy as we see various instruments and appliances related to sound and music rendered in a beautiful spectrum of colours – before they all begin pouring out some kind of living smoke, obviously representing the sound itself. The smoke pours out of cracks and gaps in the models, engulfing them and pulsating around them in time to the soundtrack.
