Simple, striking and powerful – this new TV advert by The New York Times “The Truth Has a Voice” is hard hitting yet understated, drawing on recent events such as the #MeToo movement to highlight how issues such as sexual harassment are becoming something that is being discussed more openly. The title of the advert itself could even be seen as a response to President Trump’s crusade against “fake news”, insinuating that the truth will always make it out in the end.
