Skate legend Tony Hawk takes part in Vogue’s 73 questions series in this video. In the series, the fashion mag speaks to famous people from the world of sport, fashion and music. This time round, they speak to one of skateboarding’s biggest names.

They step into Hawk’s San Diego house and take a look around. He shows us a few cool things, like his first skateboard and his huge outdoor skate park in his garden. Vogue learn about how he first got into skateboarding and how his life changed after fame. One of the biggest things to happen in Hawk’s career was to launch the Tony Hawk Pro Skater video game series. Although he was already a big name in skating before it came out, this gaming series elevated him to worldwide fame when it was released.

Vogue also hear about what Tony’s been doing since he retired from pro skating. He’s been helping to manage the Tony Hawk Foundation, which has helped set up over 500 skate parks around the world.
