The Weeknd released this trippy music video for his new track Heartless. In it, we’re taken on a wild trip around the bright lights of Las Vegas.

The video feels a bit like a parody of the famous 90s movie Fear and Loathing In Las Vegas. In that film, Johnny Depp plays a character who does a lot of drugs in Vegas and sees “Sin City” through seriously psychedelic shades. The Weeknd takes things to new heights in this vid, as the neon lights and bustling streets become the setting for one of the most debauched nights the world of pop music has ever seen.

The Weeknd plays a drugged-up version of himself in the vid. Him and a friend paint the town red, hitting casinos, drinking whiskey and licking toads (yes you read that right). It’s pretty hard to keep up with the mile-a-minute madness. By the end of the night, it’s all a bit too much for the singer and he collapses, as his body can’t take any more. It’s a wild video with some really impressive visuals. Some of the shots in this are seriously cool, even if they are a bit weird.
