For her thesis film, film maker Bianca Giaever asked a six year old what her film should be about. Instead of disregarding the rambling, nonsensical narrative she received as an answer, Giaever went out and actually filmed the story she was given. The resulting video is a funny and heartfelt story about a bear and a mouse having an adventure in a swimming pool, which actually turns into a surprisingly deep lesson on how to stay happy and overcome what scares you. The literal on-screen portrayals of what 6 year old Asa are hilarious and well edited to her voice over, and the central message of the story is one that you could actually do with listening to.
