The music video for the new Weezer single, All My Favorite Songs, is good fun with a healthy dose of clever camera trickery in there to keep the audience engaged.

The video sheds a light on social media and mobile phone usage, featuring a young boy who finds a way to travel through his computer screen and mobile devices into other worlds.

Refreshingly, most of the special effects seems to be done in-camera, with the use of real-life physical sets built around creative camera angles.

I wonder if the music video will make a come back one day? I miss MTV. This is a great music video from Weezer, and the song’s pretty good too.
