The most talked about trailer to come out of this year’s E3 conference is the preview we received for one of the most hotly anticipated games in years – The Last of Us Part II may not be coming out to us till next year, but the snippet of gameplay that is seen in the new gameplay trailer is beautiful enough to get anyone excited. Prefaced with a short scene showing main character Ellie at a barn dance, we are soon thrown into the centre of the action as she is stalked through a forest by an unknown gang of enemies. The quality of the environments and characters is jaw-dropping, reinforcing the idea that we are on the cusp of a tipping point where games begin to outshine feature films in terms of render quality and action.
