The Grinch Trailer #1 (2018) | Movieclips Trailers

Benedict Cumberbatch stars in this animated reboot of The Grinch. From the same studio behind Despicable Me and The Secret Life Of Pets, this first trailer gives us a look at the colourful and highly stylised animation style we are used to from Illumination Studios, as well as their signature brand of slapstick humour. As in the classic Jim Carrey version, The Grinch’s dog Max is present to serve his miserable needs and generally be taken for granted, and The Grinch gives us a flavour of the kind of horrible hijinks we can expect from Cumberbatch’s green anti-hero.
