Amazon’s christmas advert for 2019 is here and the singing boxes are back once again.
Last year, Amazon’s ad went viral, as the boxes sung a rendition of Can You Feel It by Michael Jackson. The “smile” that adorns every Amazon delivery box sung that tune in the commercial last year and the brand have done a new version for this christmas.
This time round, the song they sing is Everybody Needs Somebody by Solomon Burke and made even more famous by the Blues Brothers. The ad looks to remind us of how we often spend the festive period seeing our loved ones but they also show us how their dedicated delivery drivers will make sure that the people that we love will get all of their presents on time, even if we’re not there to give it to them. It’s a charming promo that will definitely have you smiling (a bit like the boxes) by the end. Do you think this one is better than last year’s ad? Let us know down in the comments.
