SZA’s latest single Doves In The Wind has been given a martial arts themed video to accompany it, and features Kung Fu Kenny himself King Kendrick Lamar as some kind of martial arts master. The video begins with SZA riding through the desert on a horse as she sings about the virtues of Forrest Gump while Kendrick throws shapes on top of a mountain. What follows is an extravagant battle between the two, complete with a magic dart gun, a levitating tea-break and some intentionally terrible dubbing. There’s one clear victor by the end, proving that maybe the student is becoming the master in terms of the working relationship between these two long-time collaborators.
