This dark but weirdly funny advert for SKYN condoms takes its cues from dystopian sci-fi by showing us a world where human intimacy has completely died out. We see couples either motionlessly embracing while playing on their phones, entire rooms full of people completely ignoring both their surroundings and the hologram performing for them in favour of their mobile devices, and scores of people lazing around in virtual reality headsets like some kind of deleted Black Mirror episode. The video ends with the tagline “There’s still time to save intimacy”, adding a humorous twist to what would otherwise have been a pretty dark and twisted campaign.
