Mercedes released this short film about the work that they’re doing in local communities in London through their sports project Laureus For Good. In it, we meet Ade who volunteers for the Active Communities Network in Southwark in south London.

He tells us how he decided to make a positive change in his community after his friend was killed. He decided that he didn’t want to create more violence and make things worse. Instead, he was determined to have a positive impact on his community. He started to volunteer as a football coach for the Active Communities Network in order to inspire young people to make the right decisions in life.
