The film follows a phone conversation between a director and producer, where the director is explaining his idea for an action film set in the city. Everything the director describes begins to happen on screen, and he even begins showing up in scenes, still on the phone and changing the situation as quickly as he is changing his plot. The film is well made and surprisingly tense, despite the introduction of super powers and even an alien spaceship when things get a bit further down the line…
