Samsung’s Growing Up campaign video directly targets their main competitors in the market, not by addressing them directly, but the consumers themselves. We see the steady stream of iPhone launches through the eyes of an Apple-addict, though he slowly begins to notice that his friends with Samsung phones seem to be getting more for their money. It’s a cleverly put together campaign that highlights the differences between the handsets, whilst kind of making fun of the whole “taking sides” trend that seems to happen when new phones are launched.
