“Salvador Hyperlapse” – Shot on a Cell Phone

Hyperlapse videos usually require a few things – a lot of time, some expensive kit and a cool location to gather the footage. However, South American filmmaker MAGU managed to pull this brilliant hyperlapse video of Salvador using only a cell phone and some post-production wizardry. The resulting video is still in incredibly good quality and feels like a complete tour of the Brazilian city, with the camera moving from beach to lighthouse to elevator to street in an almost seamless flow. If there’s anything to take away from this video, it’s that expensive kit isn’t always necessary to create great content.
