Richie Jackson is arguably the best-dressed skateboarder of all time, and one of the pioneers of the sport’s “psychedelic skating” movement. In his brilliant video for Death Skateboards, Jackson showcases a variety of tricks that eschew big flashy aerial moves for more creative, weird and actually funny sequences that use the environment around him, as well as props such as wet-floor signs and bollards that help him get from A to B. It’s all extremely technical yet laid-back, and shows off more raw-skill and creativity than 99% of other skate videos.
