Production team Revolution Studio and Timur Abdulov made this fake ad that imagines what it would look like if aliens invaded planet Earth.

The ad starts with an alien sitting in a spaceship above Earth. He’s become increasingly irked about the annoying humans below him and decides it’s time for a full-scale take over. He sends in his ships and the aliens quickly start destroying the planet. We then see two hapless humans freaking out, trying to get something to work. Is it a car with a jammed lock? What about a case containing weapons, or maybe some armour?

At last it’s revealed that the pair are trying to put a note into a… vending machine. To their horror, it keeps getting spat back out. The vid ends by coming up with the brand Air Pay, a contactless wallet that people can use to pay for things without cash. The vid is what’s known as a “spec-ad”, where creative film makers will make a fake ad for a brand without being asked. The idea is to showcase their creative skills within branded content.
