Old Spice adverts have always been known for their strange sense of humour, and this Red Sweater advert continues that tradition. In it we see the company parody the usual format of adverts for fragrances – a French town full of beautiful women, all melodramatically looking for a dog called Old Spice named after a sailor. The advert finishes with the sailor returning the dog, and the classic French line – “Let’s go home and eat snails”. Très bon.
