The Harlequins player gives us a post-match report, but through an ingenious use of the Youtube UI, tells us how he’s really feeling through the thumbnails along the video timeline. 

As an ambassador for CALM, Joe has spoken openly about his struggle with depression, and has shared the techniques he uses to talk about it in the hopes of helping others express their emotions. 

Often simply having the words to say you’re struggling can be a lifeline, and CALM’s campaign shows us how to read between the lines and look out for the signs of depression.
