The Campaign Against Living Miserably or CALM have released a promotional video to go with their #Project84 campaign. Every week in the UK, 84 men take their own lives – suicide is currently the biggest killer of men under the age of 45, and the campaign aims to raise awareness of the problem and reach out to those who may be in need of help. This video features the friends and loved ones of those who have taken their own lives, talking about how it affected them and why it is so important to notice if someone is feeling suicidal and offer them help.
