Postmodern Jukebox remixed the Friends theme tune in different musical styles ahead of the reunion episode that’s coming out.

Fans had been calling for the cast to reunite for decades and HBO recently announced that they would be getting the gang back together for a reunion episode. Times have changed a little since the series ended, so to mark the occasion the guys at Postmodern Jukebox imagined what the theme tune would sound like in each era of the 20th century. They go from the 1920s right up to the 90s.

It’s really cool to hear the famous song sung in a variety of different styles. Fans of the show must have heard the tune hundreds of times but they’ve probably never heard it done like this before. This channel has remixed tons of catchy melodies and this has to be one of the best vids that they’ve made so far. It’s a fun and entertaining idea and they pull it off perfectly.
