So the first full trailer for Pacific Rim Uprising has finally dropped, and it looks like it’s going to feature just as much robot/monster city-bashing as the first outing. Starring John Boyega of Star Wars fame, the sequel to Guillermo Del Toro’s film picks up where the first left off, with the world peacefully recovering from the onslaught of Kaiju attacks. Obviously this peace doesn’t last for long, as we see a whole bunch of crashing fight scenes that level entire cities and defy the laws of physics. We’re very much onboard.
