If it’s an uplifting, feel good film you’re after this year, it looks like one of your best bets will be the upcoming Irish documentary Making The Grade. Directed by Ken Wardrop, the film focuses on piano lessons, specifically the relationships between students and teachers and the different reasons people have for learning the instrument. In what looks like heartfelt and deeply personal fashion, the film specifically revolves around the graded exams students and teachers prepare for every year, and how the pressure of the tests can affect people in different ways.
