Nike meets the female running groups from around the world in this documentary.

All-girl running groups have been growing in popularity in recent years. For some it’s about having a strong set of friends to exercise with and for others it’s about visibly representing people from your background. In this doc, some of the women describe their running groups and tell us why they decided to start them. One of the girls started the all-Muslim running crew Asra. Running in public can be quite a daunting thing for some people, so having a set of friends to run alongside you is always a good idea.
