Right, we have no idea how this video was made and we’re not going to pretend like we do – read the description on the Vimeo page if you like, we’ve gone through it 5 times and are still none the wiser – all we know is it looks absolutely gorgeous. Nebula is a short experimental film by Polish filmmaker Marcin Nowrotek that combines jazzy sound recordings with captured footage and visual effects to create a sort of swirling collage of a band playing live, with the levels of the footage constantly moving in time to the music – it looks like it’s made out of paper and glue, but is in reality a hugely complicated combination of clever software and beautiful design.
