NASA tells us about the risks and dangers of space travel in this ad. They tell us it’s always risky, but that they’re never going to stop going back.

It’s part of the agency’s Artemis space program, where they plan to send one woman and one man to moon by 2024. In this ad, we see various astronauts going through gruelling training. Getting ready to go into space is notoriously hard. G-force, weightlessness and breath regulation are all really hard to prepare for. Only the best astronauts will manage to go up in a rocket into orbit. In the ad we’re also reminded that even if you make it past that stage, you’re stepping into the unknown. You’re in a rocket that’s fired at intense speeds outside of the Earth where there’s no oxygen. Just one small mistake at any time could cost you your life.

Despite all of that, NASA are still going strong and are looking forward to the next space programs.  Their next mission is to go back to the moon and then they hope to travel to Mars in the near future as well. The space agency want to remind people that there’s still so much to see in our Milky Way and that we’re on the way to discovering even more of our incredible galaxy.
