Rather than taking questions, Rihanna wants to pick the brains of some of the most influential people in the world of fashion, music and politics. She asks them what their biggest personal successes are, what their failures were and what they’re bringing into 2020. They also get a chance to ask Rihanna a question as well. It’s really interesting to hear their answers and learn a bit more about each of them.

It follows a wider theme of the issue that’s being guest edited by Rihanna. Her succesful beauty line Fenty looked to empower women from different backgrounds and showed the world it doesn’t matter where you’re from if you have a passion for fashion. Her lingerie collection was aimed at women who didn’t fit into the typical mould of fashion models and she wanted to appeal to females with different body types. The singer has championed underrepresented artists and creatives and wants to bring more unknown names to the table in the exclusive world of fashion.
