This artfully made short documentary is a part of a series that looks into the methods that go into different types of craft in the state of Michoacan in Mexico, featuring interviews with the artists behind each piece and footage of the processes involved. This episode looks at the use of copper, and features some amazing shots of molten copper being hammered into shape by a group of metal workers (how on earth do they get their hammers on time like that), followed by a look at the more intricate decorations that get put onto the pots, pans and jugs that the metallurgists produce.
