Farming is hard enough. Farming without harming the environment – and in fact helping it – is a whole other challenge. But it’s a challenge that one family of farmers is rising to, with some help from RSPB Scotland.

In this short film from RSPB Scotland, we meet two sisters, Aylwin and Virginia, who run an organic livestock farm on the edge of the Angus glens.

“They have been working hard to make their farm a brilliant place for waders, with great success. RSPB Scotland and the Working for Waders partnership have helped with the work on the farm. Nature friendly farming can make a huge difference for species under pressure like curlew, snipe and redshank.”

This is a lovely look at how humans can live in harmony with nature and create a future that works for everyone.
