The promotional video for this years Google I/O Developer’s Conference is a gorgeous animation that focuses on what can be done when people work together to make things. Presented as an animated city filled with inexplicably cute little square blocks, the short sees the blocks working out they can change colours and functions together as one gigantic computer, creating traffic lights, emergency services and even a gigantic T-Rex. Created by French filmmaker Fx Goby, the video’s tagline “Make good things together” is a strong call to action for developers from all walks of life to continue to create great content.
