South American street artist “XXXX” has got a pretty unique outlook on life, showcased in this beautifully shot short film by film maker Jesse Heath. The film follows XXXX as he is on his travels around Europe, with the only real objective in his mind to tag a metro. The video is presented as an interview with the artist (without seeing his face of course) combined with shaky footage of the cameraman trying to follow him as he runs around tunnels chasing his white whale that is a form of public transport. A few weeks after shooting the film, XXXX was arrested and deported back to South America, but something tells us he’ll be back.
