As technology advances, the line between gaming and cinema is becoming more and more blurred – and no title demonstrates this better than The Last of Us. Widely renowned as one of the best games ever made in terms of story and character, the hotly-anticipated sequel has been promoted by several teasers, each a short-film in their own right. The second teaser is a brutal one-shot scene in a forest, featuring scarily-realistic animation of characters we meet for the first time, and giving away little hints as to what the plot of the second instalment in the franchise will entail. If this is anything to go by, it’s going to be a violent and dark sequel to an already pretty intense saga.
