KT&W is a musical project comprising of Peruvian band Kanaku Y El Tigre & Spanish singer Leonor Watling, and their stylish new video for the single Batucada follows a Spanish couple who live in London. The contrast between the traditional-sounding Latin American song and the very British visuals is an interesting idea, and allows the narrative of the relationship to be played out in a setting that might not have been immediately expected, and while we get the feeling there isn’t a happy ending in this story, the couple seem happy enough in their day to day lives to more than make up for it.
