Wes Anderson’s upcoming feature film Isle of Dogs is one of the most hotly anticipated films of the year, combining an all star cast with his signature visual style as well as some incredible stop-motion animation. This short behind the scenes video shows the painstaking work that went into achieving the look of the film, with 27 animators and 10 assistants all taking part in knitting the story together. In the video, the animators talk about the processes they use to achieve realistic motion with their models, and how best to portray emotions, comedy or action through movement and timing.
