In order to advertise the Íslandsbanki’s Reykjavík City Marathon, 20 of Iceland’s most famous actors were drafted in to perform spoofs of scenes from classic movies, all of which involve a huge amount of running. Beginning with the classic tense bomb disposal scene, we are treated to homages to films like Alien and North by Northwest, as well as a nice dose of zombies, gangsters, bank robbers and even a wedding thrown in for good measure. Not quite enough to make us lazy idiots want to go for a run, but good try folks.
