The trailer for the upcoming coming of age/sci fi/rock homage film (you read that right) How To Talk To Girls At Parties looks like an explosion of 70’s fashion, old school punk music and weird teenage comedy. Based on the book of the same name, the film tells the story of a young boy who falls in love with a not-quite-human girl at a party, who is then introduced to life in London during the 1970’s. Starring Alex Sharp and Elle Fanning as the young lovers, the trailer is packed with gags and weird visuals as we see into her alien cult and his awkward mates.
