The talented young forward Tammy Abraham defied expectations to become one of the most exciting players in the Premier League and Chelsea’s go-to choice as a striker.

But how did the 22 year old rise up the ranks so quickly at Stamford Bridge? When Chelsea were slapped with a transfer ban by the FA last summer, they looked towards their younger players out on loan for help. Despite having a reputation as a club that spent big on serious names, for the first time ever, the Blues had to take a risk and field younger, inexperienced players.
