Oslo can be a pretty unforgiving place in winter, and most would do their utmost to find somewhere a bit less cold for a three week long trip. For the group of snowboarders, skaters and film makers working under the collective title of House Call Only however, Oslo was the perfect place for them to get some urban snowboarding footage with a bit of debauchery thrown in to boot. The video documenting the three weeks is a mixed bag in every way – shot using both high-definition cameras and super grainy Super 8 footage, featuring both great tricks and some pretty sloppy wipeouts, and scenes of drinking and madness coupled with helping an old lady down some icy steps – there’s something for everyone here.
