HIDDEN is a short project by motion designer and VFX artist Sekani Solomon, and is an abstract and stylised exploration of human form and materials. The video consists of an array of human figures, covered in shrouds before they reveal themselves and begin bursting into life – one is surrounded by gold and coins like some kind of Egyptian god, another has chains pulling limbs in all directions, and one with flowers blooming from their body. Set to atmospheric music and with a grandiose tone, the video is a highly visual example of how cool particle simulations and material effects can achieve great effects when using 3D animation software.
