Buck Studios have made another incredible collaboration with Google – this time an installation at their on-campus store at the Google head quarters in California. Using 36 synchronised Google Pixel C tablets arranged on a wall, the studio created a series of animations that use the tablets’ high-definition screens to create a simple but stylish video installation, seemingly breaking out of the boundaries of the screens and using the negative space between them to its advantage. The animations are of simple shapes and colours, but use 3D effects, abstract shape arrangements and drop shadows to create an eye-popping end result.
