In order to put a new spin on fireworks videos, film-maker Perfect_Tz decided to fly a drone directly into the explosive celebrations for Chinese New Year in Yunnan, South Western China. Taking the footage, reversing some of it and putting it to music, the end result is a hypnotic display of the enormous explosions from a viewpoint that we rarely see. The final minute or so of the video takes place mere metres away from where the fireworks are going off in the sky, showing an incredible dedication to getting a good shot and also a worrying disregard for what must be quite expensive aerial filming equipment. Anything in the name of pretty light though right?
