Netflix continues its march towards domination of all genres of television with a trailer for a new comedy series that appears to be lampooning the 90’s. The trailer simply moves up a row in a classroom, highlighting things that you could either say “sucked” in the 90’s or was actually better – posting things on your rucksack rather than your facebook, sending dirty messages via calculators rather than texts, and so on and so forth. Nostalgia-based humour aside, we’re already a fan of the retro-styling of the titles along with the suitably indie-rock soundtrack, so maybe this will turn out to be another hit for the streaming behemoth.
