Ever wanted to throw your computer out the window, sniff a stranger’s hair or just simply have a lie down? These impulses are what is explored in animator Anna Mantzaris’ short student film Enough.

The film is a collection of short moments of people giving in to these emotions in hilarious ways – ranging all the way from the deeply relatable (a presenter in a meeting screaming and running into the street) to the really pretty dark (shout out to the the guy who casually puts his hand on a stove…).

The character’s soft and fluffy appearance comically contrasts against the harshness of their actions, and the casual way some of them go about losing their cool makes for some serious laughs.

Mantzaris says in her interview with Vimeo that she found inspiration for the film after moving to London to study at the Royal College of Art – “I love London, but there are sometimes so many people and crowded places. And many people in ill-fitting suits, looking a bit uncomfortable. In the stuffed morning tube (subway) or other stressed places, I could sense the frustration in the air. I started to imagine what these people felt on the inside, what they actually wanted to do.”
