Ford UK have began an initiative alongside mental health campaign Time to Change to encourage people to discuss their mental health more openly with each other, and this short video visually represents how mental health can be an awkward subject. The video shows us two mates in a van, with a literal elephant in the room. When one asks the other if he wants to talk after he turns down an invitation, the elephant slinks back and we see the van lift. It’s a clever way to show the process of accepting help with any mental health issues you may have, and if you want to read more about the campaign you can find information on their website here –
