Desperados’ collaboration with French urban art collective 9ème for a rebranding project, featuring new labels and print ads. The coolest new feature, however, is the integration of augmented reality with the bottles of beer themselves. User can download an app called Desperados Futuredition, which when pointed at a bottle reveals a 3D, virtual reality extension of the artwork (designed by Théo Lopez). It’s a cool and novel way of integration technology into a brand concept, which actually prompts the consumer to interact with the company in more way than just having a beer in the sun…
