Chickens is a simple but brilliant animation that charts an office romance going through all the stages into becoming a relationship. A couple begin flirting only to find themselves in the dreaded “friendzone”, both ignoring the literal elephant in the room. The animation is simple but cute to match the lighthearted story, and features some brilliant scene transitions as we follow the couple, elephant in tow, as they go for coffees, interact at awkward office parties and even share a romantic wait for a bus in the rain.
